I started paying more elsewhere rather then go to food Lion and be disrespected by certain employees ( yes they are still there and need a check up from the neck up!!!!
I believe in giving anyone the benefit of the doubt, we all have our moments and I worked retail so I know it can be extremely difficult at time's so I always am thoughtful of others.
Food Lion is the greatest place to shop to buy Meats to buy cold cuts to buy just about it everyday and I love it
Weird vibe. Not as good as Safeway. Food Lion brand lacking in quality. Seltzer to expensive but only good Food Lion brand item.
I don't know what brought on this turnaround but it was long over due, I now look forward to going to the store knowing I will see happy smiling faces, helpful employees and outstanding service.
You have some outstanding people in your Blackstone Va store with the exception of a few but I will ALWAYS be a faithful food Lion customer.

I decided to give it one more try and I started to see and feel the change in the employees, they laugh, smile, and will help you with something.... WOW!! what a pleasant surprise.
I used to dread going to the store, empty shelves ( would ask when next delivery is scheduled) and all I got is I don't know, try to find anyone to help you with anything NOPE!!!!
I ALWAYS FELT TENSION.
