Loved the food and the people was very nice and friendly. Will go there again to eat.
I worked here a long time. I met lots of nice people however Mrs.Moore treats the employees terrible they bad mouth you to the customers and don't pay you overtime you are required to work. There is also serious issues of them playing favorItes all employees are not treated equal. kitchen staff doesn't care about the appearance of the food they are serving. I would not go here
Farmer's Café has been a part of my life for almost fifteen years now. Their fried chicken on Thursdays is a weekly staple for me and my coworkers. However, on those days when you just need good breakfast food to help solve your problems, they are a go to establishment. The staff are mostly good southern women and they take care of you. I'm talking let you sit and stay as long as you need to, make a fresh pot of coffee just for you and ask how your family is doing kind of hospitality. If you're in the Blackstone area and need some good comfort food this is where you want to end up.
Farmers Cafe is located in downtown Blackstone right on the main street. They are open early for breakfast and have all the normal breakfast fare. The service is quick and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They also serve lunch and dinner which is an assortment of typical country eats. I would recommend stopping by for breakfast if you are in the area.
